Economics

Marenal is offering all residential properties on a "first come - first served" basis at the same price of $175,000. The first ten (10) approved community partners, who place a non-refundable deposit, will receive a $25,000 early bird discount.

The purchase price includes an equal share (1/32) of 28,000 m2 of community land and 46,000 m2 of commercial properties.

All building locations will be ready for construction when the partner's construction plans have been approved by the municipality.

We protect your investment with a "First Right of Refusal clause in the Purchase and Sale Agreement". Should the buyer of a partner's property not meet MPA's approval, and another community approved purchaser is not available, then Marenal FGK' s owner, Franz Meier, will provide the repurchase funds until MPA is self-funding. 

We want to build a financial foundation for the community as rapidly as possible.
