Originally from Arenal, Costa Rica. She is the business administrator of Marenal and GLP Ganadera Los Pilones for over 15 years. 

She is passionate about the development of Marenal and wants to see it grow to its full potential. 

She is a devoted mom and wife, passionate about cooking and fashion.​

He is from the other side of the lake, the small town of Tronadora.

Passionate about land and farming, he takes care of our land, our plants and our animals. He is also a precision mechanic by profession. 

He also supervises and manages our construction projects. 

Ariana and Marlon's family is the first established family of Marenal.

From Chicago, US, she relocated to Costa Rica with her four children in search of a more fulfilling lifestyle. As a result, she brings deep empathy and firsthand insight to clients navigating the relocation process.

Moreover, Gina holds real estate licenses in both Costa Rica and Illinois. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a proud member of the Costa Rican Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Because of these credentials, clients benefit from both local expertise and global reach.

Born and raised in Costa Rica, she considers herself a "world citizen".

She is passionate about wellness. She has more than 18 years in the spa industry, working in 5 star hotels and 6 star cruise ship lines.

The experience of working, living and traveling worldwide has giving her a sixth sense of reading and achieving customer needs and expectations. 

Her free spirit made her an autonomous and self-sustaining individual. She decided to find her grounding in Arenal and to collaborate with projects like Marenal that empowers the individual in all aspects.

He is the owner and foreman of the company Constructora Y Remodelaciones Talavera Orozco S.A. He has been with us for approximately 3 years. He is a great leader with a very responsible and honest construction crew.

Manuel, known as "Toca" has decades of experience in the construction industry. 

He is a licensed architect and urban planner (CFIA ID: A-37226) with experience in design and development of construction plans, and site supervision.

He is an active member, consultant, and speaker for various groups related to the biological corridor and its internal dynamics.

Borned and raised in Arenal, Guanacaste. He is our newest member of the team.
