DESCRIPTION

“Hacienda Los Piratas” is located on National Road 142 between the Towns of La Fortuna and Nuevo Arenal.  The property has almost two kilometers of road frontage and is bordered by two rivers, the Pérez creek on the West and the Pirata creek on the East. We are next to “Los Heroes”, a picture book replica of a Swiss farm village.

This property is currently used as a beef cattle farm. It was previously a dairy farm to which it could be easily converted.
